This book was the reason I lost 10 pounds and finally got my chest to look tight and muscular. The reason I endorse this book so much is because there is no fluff. It promises you results if you work hard. It tells you what products work, what exercises, what food to eat and all of the things that don't work. If you listen to this book you will look better!

But, almost everything in it is in his other book - Bigger, Leaner, Stronger. And it's laid out as an actual program in that book. Get that book first.
